IBS Virtual Biomedical Mathematics Colloquium series focuses on progress in outstanding mathematical theory for the study of biology and medicine and its application. This will be a great chance for individuals and groups to hear from outstanding researchers and discuss with them from your place. The colloquium runs either Wed 16:00 or Thu 11:00 Korea time depending on speakers' time zone. It consists of a 50-minute talk followed by 10-minute questions. After the formal session, longer discussions will take place for those interested. The zoom link will be opened at least 10 minutes before the start time, to let people meet and have a coffee together. So, join us for an informal chat!

IBS Biomedical Mathematics Group (BIMAG) is established in March 2021 to carry out top-class research in the field of biological and medical mathematics. BIMAG consists of three research teams:

Intracellular dynamics team aims for the development of reduction methods for multi-scale systems and its application to enzyme kinetics, cancer Immunotherapy, and biological oscillators.

Intercellular dynamics team aims for the development of inference methods for dynamic cellular networks and its application to biological oscillatory networks.

Systemic dynamics team aims for the development of digital medicine for sleep disorders based on health wearable devices.

BIMAG regularly hires senior researchers and postdoctoral fellows.
